You start by joining as a member, and completing an application. Your sponsor places you in an open position in his or her organization.
When you achieve a personal sales BV based on the table below, you will be promoted to Silver, Gold or Platinum rank.

Note: The RM/USD exchange rate is fixed at RM3.5/USD.
For bonus withdrawal, the rate is set at RM3.3/USD.
For illustration purpose, all the bonus conversion in this write up is based on RM3.5/USD.
The BV is referred as “Bonus Volume” which is used to calculate your bonus based on USD. The BV may be vary from product to product.
Upgrade Conditions
Member is allowed to upgrade his or her rank within 180 days of joining by generating a personal sales based on the price difference between the 2 Entry Ranks.
Total Payout Conditions
The maximum payout for Rafa World Compensation Plan is set at 60% of total turnover. If total bonus payout excesses 60%, then the Company will adjust the bonus % lower to avoid overpay.
Bonus Qualification and Active Status
To earn a full Individual Performance Bonus and Group Development Bonus, you must become an “Active” member. Active members are those whom place a qualifying product order of 20BV in every 30 days cycle. If your personal sales is below 20BV, which is considered as “Inactive” member, you are still entitled to earn 50% of Individual Performance Bonus and Group Development Bonus.
How to Become an Active Member?
Just purchase product(s) worth 20BV, your account will become active for 30 days. To qualify for active status in the next 30 days, just purchase another 20BV of product during the last 30 days of active period. If you do not accumulate personal sales of 20BV during the last 30 days active period, your status will become “Inactive.”
Active Status for New Member
Member will receive a waiver of personal maintenance of 20BV they are newly registered. During this period, you will receive 100% Individual Performance Bonus and Group Development Bonus. Refer to the following table below for waiver period. The waiver period is counted from the joining date. For rank upgrades, members are entitled to 30 days waiver from the upgrade date. During the waiver period, your account status is recognized as “Active.”
